Veterinary 3D Printing

Where veterinary planning becomes surgical accuracy

Precision-engineered, Australian-designed and made patient-specific surgical guides for veterinary orthopaedic surgery.

Patient-specific engineering

Every guide is designed specifically for your patient’s anatomy

We design and manufacture a range of patient specific surgical guide systems that assist surgeons in treating complex orthopaedic and spinal conditions. These guides improve accuracy, reduce intra-operative uncertainty, and support predictable surgical outcomes.

Increased accuracy of correction

Reduction in surgery time

More productive surgical planning

services we offer

We support specialists across spinal surgery, angular limb correction, fracture repair, and other complex cases by translating surgical plans into precise, functional guide systems.

01

Spinal Surgery

Custom drill guides provide a precise, reliable solution for veterinary spinal surgery, where safe screw corridors are narrow and anatomical landmarks are often distorted. By locking the planned trajectory into a stable, patient‑specific device, these guides turn complex surgical plans into accurate, repeatable execution.

We have produced guides for lumbosacral stenosis (LS) and atlantoaxial luxation (AA).

02

Angular Limb Deformities

Angular limb correction benefits significantly from patient‑specific guides, particularly in cases where three‑plane deformities make freehand alignment difficult. By capturing the exact geometry of the affected limb, our guides lock the planned osteotomy angle, rotation, and alignment into a stable, anatomy‑matched device.

We have produced surgical guides for pes varus, antebrachial deformities and medial patellar luxation requiring DFO/tibial realignment.

Fracture Repair

Custom surgical guides provide a precise, reliable solution for fracture repair, where accurate implant placement and fragment alignment are critical for successful healing. We have designed patient‑specific guides for K‑wire placement in capital physeal fractures, enabling surgeons to achieve high‑fidelity trajectories and predictable outcomes.
